SoA:LiT - Lain Portrait

Lain Killigan, the summoner~

Thiiiis was not supposed to happen. The story arc he's from is a big MAYBE on my list, as it's from a comic where Aki - SoA:A - Aki Portrait - is the main character, and I'm not sure if I want that comic or not. A comic I've now officially named Lost in Time, and already have a fully hammered out plot for. *facepalm* I might just have to go ahead and make it, especially since I've gone ahead and drawn this guy - whom is the leading character in that comic, alongside Aki. *sigh* As if I needed more work to distract me from my main work.

But, overall, I'm pleased with how this turned out. I made an effort to have him resemble someone else, by using the same facial features as the base sketch, because there's a relation there (oh, but it's a spoiler though), without making it TOO obvious. Not sure if I succeeded or not. XD Also, his hair is not black, but it's really, really dark brown so that it appears black at first glance. Not sure if I succeeded in showing that either. XD Oh, but I am totes in love with his eyes. Ugh, I mean, they're turquoise - my FAVOURITE colour.
